Enable access to your contacts
1. Go to (iphone setting icon image)
2. iPhone Settings > Privacy.
3. Tap Contacts.
4. Make sure Q8padel is turned on.
If Q8padel is grayed out or doesn't appear in privacy settings, ensure you don't have any restrictions set in (iphone setting icon image)
iPhone Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Otherwise, you might need to restore your phone. Please visit the Apple Support website for more information on how to back up and restore your information.
If you deny Q8Padel access to your phone's contacts, you'll still be able to:
* Request new Booking.
* Change Q8padel settings.
You won't be able to:
* See any contact names in friends list and will only see phone numbers.
* send invitation for you friends.
Missing contacts
If you're unable to see some of your contacts on Q8Padel, try the following:
For international contacts:
* Ensure you've added the correct phone number in full international format.
If you're using iOS version 11.3 or above, and the missing contacts are stored in an Exchange account, your account administrator might not be allowing Q8Padel or other apps to access your contacts. You can resolve this by:
* Copying your Exchange contacts into your phone’s address book or iCloud.
* Asking your IT administrator to make Q8Padel a managed app in your iPhone.

* Exchange accounts are likely to be work accounts.
